This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Adventure Alerts subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions & billing

Adventure Alerts subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose — and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing inquiries@no-more-secrets.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then, and you won’t be charged again.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you cancel, you keep access through the period you’ve already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Annual plans

On an annual plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or of an annual renewal charge. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but your subscription stays active through the end of the year you’ve paid for.

Free plan

The Free plan is never charged, so there’s nothing to refund.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for Adventure Alerts. Paddle also handles your receipts and any applicable taxes.

If something goes wrong on our end

If we fail to deliver an alert because of our own error, we’ll make it right. Reach out at inquiries@no-more-secrets.com before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always sort it out faster than a dispute can.
